1. Processing Time
All orders placed on northlinewear.com are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Timelines
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 across India. For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
3. Order Tracking
The millisecond your package leaves our facility, you will receive an automated text message and email containing your live Tracking ID and a direct link to follow your shipment’s journey.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives physically damaged or open, please do not accept the delivery from the courier agent. Take a photo immediately and email us at support@northlinewear.com so we can issue a replacement right away.
